PCDealNet and Cisco hosted a three-day customer event at Kempinski Ishtar Dead Sea, Jordan under the theme “Cisco & PCDealNet Technology Day and Awards Gala”, bringing together valued Iraqi partners for an immersive blend of technology, recognition, and unforgettable experiences.
The highlight of the event was the spectacular Award Ceremony & Gala Dinner—an evening designed to celebrate leadership, innovation, and success. Set against a glamorous red-carpet theme, the gala featured an elegant ambiance and live entertainment, setting the perfect tone for the night. Iraqi partners were honored with personalized trophies, recognizing their outstanding contributions and achievements.
The second day kicked off with breakfast and a series of insightful sessions, beginning with a welcome note by Ayona Amhaz, Chairman and General Manager at PCDealNet, followed by sessions on the Iraq business landscape by Aldo Abi Habib, Country Manager, Iraq at Cisco. Iraq Channel overview by Amer Bou Azza, Channel Manager at Cisco. SMB update by Sami Makkouk, Account Executive SMB at Cisco. A deep dive into AI & Security in addition to updates on WiFi 7, SD-WAN, and Compute by Mohamad Kabbara, Solutions Engineer at Cisco. Concluding with a presentation on the Cisco Security Suite by Maher Ramadan, Account Executive GSSO at Cisco. After the sessions, guests enjoyed a networking lunch. The third day allowed for rest and leisure before departure, giving guests time to reflect on a truly enriching experience.
Throughout the three days, guests enjoyed a time of leisure, engagement, and knowledge sharing. Activities included a Dead Sea mud experience and a hands-on Chef Master Dinner.
