Innovation took center stage on October 9 as Huawei, Solis Depot, and PCDealNet hosted FusionSolar Day Lebanon at Hotel Le Royal. With guests and experts arriving from China and across the region, the event became a vibrant hub of ideas, collaboration, and cutting-edge technology. All focused on advancing the smart solar energy landscape.
The event began with a welcome speech by Terry Tang from Huawei, followed by Ahmad Alazzam, who presented Huawei’s innovations in smart PV and EV charging. Engineer Omar El Sayed from Solis Depot shared insights on the latest C&I inverter technology, while Engineer Zaid Dweik, discussed Huawei’s cutting-edge BESS technology. Eddy Khoury from PCDealNet highlighted the company’s role in advancing solar adoption and Elie Maalouf from ECOSYS SAL shared a success story showcasing real-world impact.
A lively panel discussion, “From Rooftops to Grids – The BESS Opportunities,” moderated by Engineer Yasser Zaidan, featured leaders from Pierre Dammous & Partners, Earth Technologies, Matrix Power Network, and Huawei.
To wrap up the event, guests took part in an exciting Lucky Draw, with two winners walking away with Huawei EV Chargers (22KW and 7KW), a symbol of the event’s focus on the future of sustainable mobility and smart energy.
The evening concluded with a dinner accompanied by a live violin performance, offering attendees the perfect opportunity to network, relax, and reflect on the event’s insights.
