Beirut, Lebanon – July 10th, 2024 – Midware Data Systems (an ITG company) proudly announces the launch of a comprehensive digitalization project for Hôpital du Sacré-Cœur. This transformative project aims to transform and optimize the hospital’s operations by implementing an end-to-end Hospital Information System (HIS) fully integrated with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), spanning the entire patient journey.
The project leverages multinational solutions including Dedalus’ identity, bed and appointment management, real-time billing, Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE), medication management, Caregivers’ collaborative EMR, ER management, diagnostic and laboratory automation, reporting, and statistics; Fully integrated with Microsoft’s Dynamics D365 ERP for financials and stock management. The solution ensures interoperability with internal systems and third-party platforms.
Midware Data Systems will fully handle the high availability and performance of the applications and Oracle databases through rigorous monitoring and preventative measures.
This integrated approach addresses clinical, administrative, and Lebanese billing requirements, ensuring real-time information flow across departments to enhance patient safety, provide actionable insights, and improve operational efficiency. Moreover, the automation provided reduces administrative burdens, ensuring compliance with local and international healthcare regulations, thereby enhancing patient care, enabling accurate diagnoses, treatment, and continuity of care.
The project aims to establish a robust digital platform enabling cohesive integration of additional patient care organizations under a unified patient identity and record, paving the way for future advancements in medicine.
